And after a home is sold, when the bank appraiser comes, it must appraise at the selling price or a little above, to attain the mortgage amount for the new buyers.

Do I really need that big Franchise with 15-45 sales agents, just to sell my home?
Does the Broker and all the sales agents reside within the Community?
Do I need a 6 month selling exclusive contract?
Must I pay 6% for a Sales Commission?
Background check on the Agent or Broker is a must! Just enter the agent's name or the Broker name on 'Google'.
